Access:
During your stay, you'll have access to the guest bedroom, bathroom, living room, backyard, and all areas of the house. Please feel free to use any of the appliances or amenities in these areas as well. We take extra care to make sure you have the best experience. Walk into basic provisions in the pantry.
Property has steps to front, side & rear access as it’s slightly elevated. There are no ramps for wheelchairs

PET POLICY
The following conditions apply if you have a Pet.
BYO bedding - pets must not sleep on beds, couches, or any other part of the furniture.
BYO food bowls.
Pets are not to be left unattended inside the house at any time.
Poo Patrol is done prior to departure - inc under the cubby
Any damage and extra cleaning caused by pets shall be charged to the registered guest.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Clean the BBQ before departure. Charges will apply if left uncleaned.
Parties and excessive noise are strictly not allowed.

We charge a bond/security deposit in case of any accidental damage to the property or it's contents.
Normally if there has been no damage reported by our cleaners or owners you bond/security deposit is refunded within 7 days after your departure.
